Gravity Fed setup Instructions.
Installing 1x 1 1/2" Non Return valve onto the return line to pond - (Make sure the arrow is pointing the right direction upwards)
1x 4" slide Gate Valve or 4" ball value to the bottom drain 4" pipe - (4" Non Return will work better but costly)
1x Rubber Boot Connecter from 4" to 2 1/2"
Cut back the EasyPod water inlet to next step like a horsetail - (Make sure its the right step the boot connects too)
Cut down the inside upright overflow pipe inside the EasyPond around 2" lower - (Pence Grinder)
Set EasyPod to the correct hight making sure its not too high or too low - (Pond Max water hight set to the 3 EasyPond overflow between the two chambers water & K1, this will be the EasyPod Max Level now)
Please note - doing this set up will mean installing an auto top up is critical unless you turn the auto clean off doing the clean manually which is a better option.
Also the auto valve timer will need to be adjusted in order for the auto value to open loner when draining cycle is in progress giving the correct amount of time for all water to escape the EasyPod.
Inside the EasyPod there are 3 sets of timer controls, 2 looking the same on the LHS, one having a complete sticker over it saying (DO NOT REMOVE) this is the timer you need to change.
Highly Recommend - Remove the sticker take a picture before changing anything, this can make serious issues you can't repair once forgotten. change the one timer up 1 increment making sure the EasyPod is full with water, have a stopwatch starting the same time as you press clean. Pay attaching to what lever the water goes too before the valve closes again and this will indicate more and repeat again till you happy with the time of open time before closing again.
Make sure all water has left the EasyPond before auto valve closes allowing all muck to have a chance to escape before the next cycle begins.
